The course focuses on equipping participants in developing comprehensive skills in influential leadership and in creating a leadership impact.
The evolving organizational structures the world over are moving towards being task and project-led from being hierarchy-led and hence leaders are being entrusted with the responsibility of leading a project without having the necessary authority or resources to meet the challenge. It is becoming more and more imperative for leaders to harness their skills to effectively influence others without formal authority structures.
In this course, learn how to leverage the advantages of each of the 6 major influence strategies and negotiate for the kind of results that you are looking for. Learn the skills to increase your ability to with work with others in persuasive ways by focussing intently on the group of people whom you hope to influence.

His professional certifications include the of Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), The Leadership Circle (TLC) and am also the co-architect of the Transformative Alignment Mapper (TAM), a tool to identify, align and unleash the transformative potential of individuals, teams and organizations.

Prof Viswanath holds an MBA in Human Resources and my last corporate assignment was as the Head of Human Resources for Motorola Software in India.
Prof Viswanath is an avid trekker, and among others, had summited Mount Kilimanjaro and also been to the Everest Base camp.
